Voordelen van het product:
- The Dual Protect profile, featuring a gasketing bulb and an EMC lip, is a compact solution for housing that needs to provide not only IP protection but also reliable EMC shielding against electromagnetic interference.
- The profile meets a minimum specification of 20 dB in the frequency range from 60 MHz to 500 MHz.
- The shielding attenuation is determined in accordance with IEC 61578-3 for electrical control cabinets and housings. The tested frequency range is between 30 MHz and 1 GHz.
- The EMC fabric is bonded from the inside of the lip right through to the clamping area and is therefore firmly attached. This compact version provides a secure and easyto- install solution.
- The gasket offers good temperature resistance from –40° C to +120° C.
- The EPDM material is characterised by high flexibility and resilience, even at low temperatures, and also offers excellent resistance to UV radiation, ozone and oxygen, as well as to water and water vapour.
- The profile is suitable for applications in railway technology, photovoltaics and high-voltage industrial electronics, as well as in telecommunications, medical and military technology, where a high level of electromagnetic shielding is required.
