Corona-Update / Summer 2021
With a spirit of optimism into the summer
Temperatures are rising, and so are the numbers of people who have been vaccinated. Whether gastronomy, trade or economy: Europe opens up. The current low incidence and the increasing vaccination rate allow relaxation. Even if the end of the corona crisis cannot be foreseen at the moment and the road to normality is still long, we look to the summer with confidence.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we at EMKA as a manufacturer and supplier have been able to ensure that production continued without interruption and that our customers never experienced delivery bottlenecks. We have bridged production stoppages at our customers' sites with our strong production capacities for basic components. We were also consistently well positioned as a supplier: Thanks to our central warehouse at the headquarters in Velbert and the buffer stores in our global sales offices, we were able to deliver the required quantities in the usual EMKA quality at any time. Our ten production sites in Germany, Spain, France, England, Bosnia, Serbia, China and India are also currently fully operational. Likewise, our own accredited test laboratory, which consistently tests all products for top quality. This way you play it safe.
Our credo is still “close to the customer”. We managed to do this at any time during the crisis by phone or virtually. Now, there is a spirit of optimism in our branches around the world: As more and more contacts are possible, our sales force is looking forward to finally meeting you again in person. In this way our contact becomes even more direct and lively. We continue to work on fresh innovations and develop the right solutions together with you.
We look forward to getting in touch soon!
Joaquin Borge Sanchez (Director Sales Export)
