Swiss subsidiary celebrates 30th birthday
EMKA Switzerland observed its 30th anniversary this year. The 13 employees celebrated the anniversary with a specially designed EMKA coffee van before the unequalled Alpine panorama of their location. These vans are currently being used to visit many customers and will do so in the spring of 2023. EMKA Switzerland was founded in 1992 when the locking systems expert established its first branch in Thun in the Bernese Oberland. But the move to the current location took place just five years later, as the attraction of Interlaken’s infrastructure continued to grow. For the many EMKA manufacturing processes, EMKA Switzerland is considered an expert and has – for this very reason – been a front-runner in projects for new EMKA special products for years.
EMKA Benelux – 45 years of commitment to our customers
45 years of EMKA Benelux! In order to celebrate this grand anniversary, the 19 employees got together at the Dutch branch office in Veghel. For a week, during the “Tour de EMKA”, the EMKA coffee van visited customers to thank them for their many years of loyalty. EMKA Benelux is one of EMKA’s most successful divisions. Since its foundation, the employees have been supplying the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg countries. The team’s expertise is apparent in many projects, especially in telecommunications. In the last three years, the branch has recorded a growth of over 20 per cent. The key to success: the family-like team and local customer support.
