Product presentation or support conveniently at your workplace - this is possible with TeamViewer! All you need is an internet connection, a web browser and a telephone.

Following the motto: "Presentation and support as if we were on site" we mirror our active screen surface in real time on your screen in a TeamViewer session. Lean back and relax and get a direct impression of the functions and possible fields of application of our products in a product presentation.

As a matter of course, TeamViewer also works in both directions, i. e. you can mirror your active screen surface on our screen. This is a great help especially with regard to the Support as you can show our staff directly on the screen where the shoe pinches without having to describe the issue on the phone for hours on end.

In addition to the bidirectional presentation, there is also the possibility for our staff to directly access your computer. In this way our staff can eliminate your application issues without much effort and directly in front of your eyes.

As a matter of course all TeamViewer actions, especially the access to your computer, comply with the highest security standards and only work after your authorisation.

And this is how simple a TeamViewer session is:

  • Click on the link above to download the TeamViewer QuickSupport.
  • Depending on the settings of your browser you can either only save or directly execute the TeamViewer QuickSupport version on your computer. If you had decided for "Save", please start the TeamViewer QuickSupport program after the download from your download directory.
  • After the start you will tell our member of staff the displaye  Partner ID and the Password by telephone. For security reasons the password is newly created for every session.
  • After our member of staff has entered the data in their TeamViewer mask, the session starts.

Agent E Standalone USB driver

The Agent E standalone handle (3000-U900-1XX) is recognized by Windows and the necessary drivers are installed automatically.

If the installation of the drivers does not start automatically, please note the following points:

  • The Agent E handle must be closed.
  • After connecting via micro USB cable, the handle must be touched on the transparent plastic eye.
    Only then is communication with the PC possible.
  • Make sure to use a micro USB cable that is suitable for data exchange. Under-equipped USB cables that are only suitable for charging cannot be used for data exchange between Agent E and the PC.

If you have followed all the points and the drivers are still not installed, please download the appropriate driver and install it manually:
