New HVACR window program - with protection against fogging

Visual inspection made easy: With the new air conditioning inspection window, EMKA is launching a solution that significantly simplifies the inspection and maintenance of air conditioning equipment. The air conditioning inspection window allows the interior of air conditioning systems to be checked quickly and efficiently without having to open the equipment door.

Inspection windows make it easier and quicker to assess the condition of the system, saving time and effort – especially in environments where regular maintenance is required.

The EMKA air conditioning inspection window for ventilation and air conditioning systems makes it possible to quickly and easily recognise filter contamination or other maintenance requirements – without disrupting the operation of the system.

A special feature is the optional sealing of the spacer frame halves. It prevents moisture from the insulation material from entering the spaces between the windowpanes, thus avoiding fog to build up, even in humid or fluctuating temperature conditions.

The sealing of the outer and inner panes to the door panel fulfils protection class IP65.

The optional lighting adds a significant convenience factor

For optimum illumination of the system, the inspection window offers an optional lighting function. Thanks to the modular principle, the lighting can also be retrofitted. It improves visibility, especially in poorly lit environments, such as inside an air conditioning system. An integrated light channel prevents light reflection in the inner pane.

The inspection window of the A/C equipment is designed for insulated sandwich or double-walled doors with door thicknesses of 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 or 60 mm and fits into the industry-typical hole pattern of □ 200 mm.

A customized air conditioning inspection window, featuring the customer's logo, is available upon request.

The logo, whether discreetly placed on the window or more prominently on the casing, offers a bespoke solution and strengthens brand visibility in the technical field.

EMKA uses materials in its air conditioning technology that have undergone testing and certification to meet the hygiene requirements of VDI 6022 and DIN EN ISO 846.
