High-flying worldwide: When German champions fall from the sky

With perfect visibility and a fantastic atmosphere in late summer weather, the German Parachuting Championships were held here, displaying the sport‘s diverse aspects, including speed, accuracy, teamwork, and excitement. This year‘s championship, hosted by FSC Remscheid, was truly exceptional. For the first time in a long time, all seven disciplines of skydiving were held in one place.

A total of 300 athletes from all over Germany competed in 33 events. The activities included target jumps and formations, as well as wingsuit flights, all requiring exceptional skill. Months of preparation ensured the event’s successful outcome. Besides assuming the overall organizational duties, the FSC Remscheid also collaborated with Skyfactory UG to manage all processes, covering everything from jump activities to assisting participants.
