Efficiency and precision combined: EMKA's new punching machine strengthens production

Last Saturday, our state-of-the-art punching machine with 1000 kN press capacity was delivered fresh – another milestone for our production. With this investment, EMKA once again demonstrates how innovation and efficiency are combined in manufacturing. The new system meets the highest technical standards and has been developed to better serve increasing customer requirements. The centerpiece of the system is a precision punching machine from the ROP series by the manufacturer Haulick+Roos, which impresses with the most advanced technology.

Highest precision through innovative components

The new punching line is characterized by optimized material guidance and processing. A double decoiler from Lorenz Anlagentechnik ensures a smooth material flow. The downstream strip straightener with 21 straightening rollers ensures that the material is straightened in a plane and corrects strip sabers by straightening them upright. An oiling system with precise spray nozzles ensures minimal oil consumption.

Technical highlights of the punching machine include rotating mass compensation, which minimizes vibrations, as well as additional guides in the press frame, which enable more precise bending and longer tool life. The integrated temperature management with a closed oil circuit also ensures consistently high part quality and process reliability.

Efficient, resource-saving and future-oriented

With the new punching system, EMKA ensures economical and resource-saving production. Advantages such as short set-up times, minimal material losses and maximum precision underline the company's commitment to innovation.

Thanks to this investment, EMKA is ideally positioned to maintain its leading position in the field of closure and fitting technology in the future.
