Business area EMKA Production

Part of the EMKA Group
With the decoupling from our core business in 2020, we are now also making our comprehensive production expertise as a contract manufacturer available for the manufacture of products that are not part of the classic range of fittings.

Process partner to industry
Upon request, we can provide support as early as the product development or optimization stage, including feasibility studies. Based on this, we develop and manufacture moulds, tools, and fixtures for subsequent series production at EMKA.

Use of the entire EMKA range of manufacturing and services
At EMKA's 12 production facilities, products of your choice can be manufactured in series production made of zinc, plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and rubber – as individual parts or fully pre-assembled modules. All production plants are certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and adhere to high quality standards. Tests and certifications in our in-house accredited testing laboratory as well as global logistics and packaging concepts round off the range of services.

Manufacturing processes
Depending on the material selected, various processes may be considered, with the decision influenced by factors such as geometry, quantity, and cost.
Post-processing
Various finishing options add the finishing touches to the manufactured products.
