During the entire manufacturing process a high level of product quality and reliability is guaranteed by having its own tool and mould making department as well as state-of-the-art design, development and testing processes.
Manufacturing at a glance
EMKA is a specialist in the casting of stainless steel, injection-moulding of zinc, aluminium and high-performance plastics as well as in extruding of rubber and plastic profiles. Additional manufacturing technologies are punching, bending, lathe machining, milling and coating of modular product solutions.
EMKA offers a comprehensive product range of ingenious locking technology from the idea to the product - everything from a single source. The modular program structure allows a unique variety of components.
With its high level of in-house production, EMKA is in control of the entire production flow from the concept to the finishes product.
Tool making
Tools are manufactured in its own equipment manufacturing department. The equipment manufacturing department produces follow-on tools, multi-stage operation dies and bending tools as well as die-casting and injection moulds.
The tools and moulds are manufactured on CNC milling machines, sink eroding machines, wire eroding machines as well as Diaform grinding and cylindrical grinding machines.
Logistics
The timely delivery is realised by means of a sophisticated system of different despatch options.
Conventional deliveries are effected by its regular shipping company, express deliveries are realised by courier services. Collection of the goods by the customer is also possible, if desired.
In addition, the customer can also place their goods in storage at EMKA.
