125° Clip-in hinge
The 125° clip-in hinge for quick door assembly (1031-U34) is ideal for prominent doors and impresses with its well-engineered design. The frame part, pin, and spring pin are made of zinc-plated steel, while the door part with bolt is made of zinc die-cast, also zinc-plated. Additional components such as the shaft clamping ring made of red POM and the black plastic sliding washer ensure high functionality and long service life.
This concealed hinge (not visible) is screw-mounted and suitable for both right-hand and left-hand use with an opening angle of 125°. The door return is 25 mm, and the door assembly is tool-free: the door part automatically engages during installation.
The hinge pin is secured against loss with a knurl and shaft clamping ring. The hinge has been shock and vibration tested according to DIN EN 61373 Cat. 1B. Slotted holes on the door section allow precise fine adjustment in the horizontal direction. In addition, the excellent sliding properties of the plastic sliding washer ensure smooth operation. The clip-in hinge has been successfully tested in an endurance run and offers an efficient solution for door assembly.
