The digital showroom: Experience the 3D world of EMKA
EMKA’s digital showroom in stand design combines informative content and the highest quality of experience to create a 360-degree tour through the world of fittings. In contrast to the trade fair, the advantages are apparent: the content is available 365 days a year and around the clock – without the need to travel to and from the trade fair. To turn the virtual platform into a real 3D world, various content formats, some of them interactive, are hidden behind numerous touchpoints.
This choice allows the customer always to select the topics that interest him most – whether images and texts on specific products, the EMKA image film or the company presentation. In addition to various posters, tablets and magazines distributed in the showroom lead to additional information such as the EMKA main catalogue, the gasket catalogue or the download area.
EMKA production depth from A to Z
The focus is on EMKA’s central subject areas: control cabinets, rail vehicles, commercial vehicles and air-conditioning technology. At the click of a mouse, customers are taken to a topic-specific landing page, which presents the area in full, including the top products and the most important references. For example, interested parties can test the individual levers and latch mechanisms, turn them 360 degrees, or have them open and close.
Another part of the showroom is dedicated to the entire production process with its tool and mould design as well as the most modern construction, development, and testing methods. For example, the EMKA Production area includes an accredited test laboratory and customer parts production according to engineering drawings, referred to as “extended workbench”. As a process partner of the industry, EMKA produces everything that can be done on its available machines – from sports stadium bucket seats to aluminium shock absorbers for sports cars
The virtual showroom allows the EMKA sales team to present customers with specially tailored content. Guided tours offer real added value to existing and prospective customers in particular – either as part of an individual appointment or group appointment via an online meeting tool. The virtual showroom is scheduled to go live on the EMKA homepage at the end of May. Here, customers can enter the showroom conveniently from the Home page.
Not only is the virtual showroom a valuable and additional tool, but it also compensates for the absence of the live trade fair in these times of the COVID19 pandemic. Even beyond that, it brings a substantial added value by supplementing the presentation of EMKA topics and products with an interactive and vivid platform.
