Two new pulls in the air conditioning applications program
Compared with ours pulls (No. 1091-103-01, 1091-103-02 and 1091-103-03) the new parts have essential advantages:
- Due to the screw fastening, door gauges between 0.8 and 7 mm can be covered.
- Due to the foamed sealing, a high protection class is achieved (from IP54 to IP65).
- The fixing of variant B is effected internally by means of the fixing material included in the delivery, which makes a removal from outside impossible.
Furthermore, both variants allow an application of the company logo by multicolour pad printing.

New 180° hinge stainless steel
A new variant has been added to our well-established hinge program 1079: a stainless steel lift-off version according to AISI 316 (1.4401). The new variant shows a specific characteristic: The chamfered ends prevent an accumulation of dirt, so that this hinge can not only be used in the sector of sheet metal forming, but also for other applications, e. g. in the food industry. The 180° hinge is suitable for right hand as well as for left hand application and is suitable for prominent doors.

Expanding of Windows Program
EMKA is expanding the product range of 1250 (window) by a series of windows with casted on mounting bolts. The Windows are provided with a captive circumferential and foamed seal so the windows are IP 65 rated. Windows without frame are available for a door thickness (Ts) of 3 to maximum 13 mm, windows with frame are available for a door thickness (Ts) of > 1 to maximum 6 mm.

180° screw-on hinge for small hatches
The EMKA hinge series was expanded by a new small type of screw-on hinge. This screw-on hinge for M4 countercunk screw is made of zinc-die casting, the dimensions of 30 mm x 30 mm make it especially suitable for small hatches. Heavy duty latch
The latch is specially made for steam-tight oven doors and may be regulated by an adjustable clamp. All visible surface areas are ground, polished and then chromium plated. It is the chromium plating of the surface areas that sanitizes this latch and allows a riskless use with production machines, e.g. of the food industry.

Agent E – The smart lock
Agent E is a battery-operated electro-mechanical handle module which can be installed instead of a usual handle or quarter turn. It takes over the functiononality of the lock.
Three different versions of Agent E are available (Basic, Professional, Superior).
Release and programming is effected via micro transmitter (TAG) with an encoded light beam, directed to a receiver cell inside the handle module.
The version Professional allows programming of Agent E via USB port. Event memory (opering and locking activities) can be read out.
The version Superior allows a central administration of all functions with software AGENT E Management Suite via radio network and the system-specific access point.
