Injection Moulding Technology (zinc, die casting)
Zinc-die casting machines with a performance of 20 -315 tons manufacture high quality die-casted products from zinc alloy Z 410 acc. to DIN 1743 with a part weight of 10 to 1,500g.
Thermoplastic Injection Moulding
On injection moulding machines with a pressure of 25-550 tons thermoplastic materials, mainly polyamides, are processed under use of fully automated barfeed.
Polyurethane Foam Sealing Technology
For the manufacturing of PU-gaskets there are special mixing, dosing and CNC-controlled robot-systems linked with a flexibly and freely programmable pallet transport system.
For coating the parts are forwarded by a conveying belt of approx. 160m to a powder spraying system. Different coating cabins for standard and special colours as well as a burning-in kiln provide coating processes with mixed and polyester powder.
Turning and Milling Technology
At CNC-controlled turning machines, multispindel machines, and revolving transfer machines with 16 work stations different materials as e. g. steel, stainless steel, brass or plastic material are processed.
Punching and Bending Technology
On punching and bending machines we fully automatically manufacture flat and round rods.
Furthermore, punching machines with a pressing power of 80 to 250 tons and with program memory and tool securing are available for the manufacturing of punching parts from m.s. and stainless steel.
